We provide a variety of classes designed to meet specific needs – and while we have set courses on offer, you are encouraged to talk to us about your own needs and we will strive to accommodate you as far as possible. As far as possible each course is tailor designed and, where appropriate, you get to select the recipes and skills you want to learn. In addition, due to our flexible course design, you get to choose the times and days on which you would like to attend the courses. Skills taught are based on the City and Guilds cookery approach.
Our courses are designed for absolute beginners through to adventurous home cooks!
Our cooking classes are hands-on, where every participant gets to take part in the preparation of the dishes. You will learn personal and kitchen hygiene, how to read a recipe, portion control, knife skills, correct tools, new methods and cooking skills, how to set a proper table, serve a meal when you have guests, set up a check list and respect the kitchen. We provide everything for the cooking classes, including all ingredients. Recipes are provided for each cook in a handy file for him/her to take home afterwards.
Personalized certificates will be handed out after each cooking course.
